Build Your Financial House: Step 1

The House You Live In

Your physical house, your home, is built to provide a secure physical environment for you and your family. You have a strong foundation, walls, a roof and a sturdy outside wall for protection. Your financial house should be just as important as your physical house. Just as your physical house has four components, so should your financial house. Throughout this Financial Framework Seminar Series™ we are going to focus on helping you create a strong, secure financial house.

Your Financial House: Step 1 – Manage Debt
Build Your Foundation

Luke 6:47-49 (New American Standard Bible)
47 "Everyone who comes to Me and hears My words and acts on them, I will show you whom he is like: 48 he is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid a foundation on the rock; and when a flood occurred, the torrent burst against that house and could not shake it, because it had been well built. 49 But the one who has heard and has not acted accordingly, is like a man who built a house on the ground without any foundation; and the torrent burst against it and immediately it collapsed, and the ruin of that house was great."

The process for building your financial house is very similar to building the house you live in.

1. It is easy go get into debt, but it seems virtually impossible to get out of debt. To build your financial house you must have the desire in your heart to become debt free and then you must
see it in your mind. You should close your eyes and think about what your life would be like if you owed no one a single penny. What would this mean to you?

2. Once you have a clear mental picture of being debt free in your mind, the next step requires you to draw out a plan, a road map that will take you from where you currently are to where you want to be and that is debt free. The plan would be your personalized Equity Creator® Financial Blueprint. This is your plan, your road map that will show you exactly what to do to become debt free in 8 to 12 years, including your mortgage, while you continue to spend your same current monthly payments!

3. The final step would be to implement or to put action to the plan. Either by your own efforts or with the assistance of the tools that are
available to you in the Financial Framework Seminar Series™.

James 2:17 (New American Standard Bible)
17 Even so faith, if it has no works, is dead, being by itself.

The Financial Framework Seminar Series™ comes with the tools and services that are necessary to insure that you cross the finish line. We know that giving you the financial knowledge without the helping you implement that knowledge would be a waste of your time and your money. We are not in the business to sell books and tapes; we are in the business to save America from debt, one family, and one congregation at a time!
